Admissions Process

The Archdiocese of Washington and St. Jane de Chantal School use the admissions enrollment company FACTS. After you have attended one of our open houses you will be sent an email with our FACTS application link. After receiving the application link, please follow the simple steps below to start the application process:

STEP 1: Click the FACTS application link.

STEP 2: Select the School Year for which you are applying.

STEP 3: Click on Create a New Account.

STEP 4: Submit all necessary documents.

• A copy of your child’s birth certificate
• A copy of your child’s baptismal certificate (If applicable)
• Previous school records and report cards (PreK – 8th grade)
• Evaluation of Special Services (PreK – 8th grade)
• Test Scores (PreK – 8th grade)

*Please note, currently enrolled families and parishioners of St. Jane de Chantal Church are given first priority for new enrollments.

INFORMATION SPECIFIC TO PREK AND KINDERGARTEN PROGRAMS

• All PreK students must be potty trained and be independent in the bathroom.
• All children applying to our PreK 3 program must be 3 by August 31st of the year they start school.
• All children applying to our PreK 4 program must be 4 by August 31st of the year they start school.
• All children applying to Kindergarten must be 5 by August 31st of the year they start school.

ENROLLMENT FEES: PreK - 3rd grade $550; 4th - 8th grade $600
