Our first week is over. Now the question will be how do we survive full days !

Honestly, they all did great after having such a nice long summer vacation. We will start homework this week. The children will have a page of Spelling, Grammar or Reading and a page of Math each night. We still have books that need to be covered so they will also come home this week.

On Friday we will have our first Spelling test. Information concerning Spelling sentences and Spellcity will come home in their red folder.

The weekly specials are : Monday-Music. Tuesday-P.E. Wednesday-Computers. Thursday-Art. Friday-Library. PLEASE do not forget to pack their sneakers since this Tues. they will have P.E. I know it will be hard to rember after the long weekend.

I am looking forward to meeting all of you and seeing families I have taught in the past. Our Back to School Night is Wednesday, Sept. 8th at 7:00. I am sure you will have many questions since this is a very special year with First Communion.

Spelling Unit 1 sad, dig, jam, glad, list, win, flat, if, fix, was, want, been. Review : as, his. Challenge : sandwich, picnic.

Thank you all for being so prompt in returnig supply, milk, lunch and a million other forms so quickly. It makes such a difference since we do not send up money till we have 100 %.
